Who are we and why?
Alice Sawyer and Friends is a unique company created especially to inspire people and organizations to aspire to great service! Of course, that includes great customer service, but it also includes the joy of providing great service to others simply because we genuinely care about them. To be the kind of people who really love to serve!
Albert Schweitzer once said, "Every person I have known who has been truly happy has learned how to serve others." We believe that great service comes from the heart; there is no other source. It can't be manufactured or even trained into people. So capturing the hearts, minds, and spirits of those who serve is the simple secret of success.

We must all learn to work valuing each human gift, and provide the support they deserve. The time has come to raise up service in our organizations and companies, because it has fallen far, no longer even a minimum expectation. We must recognize, once and for all, that serving others is the most important work we do!
People who selflessly serve others are the heroes and heroines of our world. They are also the unsung heroes and heroines of the business world, and their work, well done, can lead to greatness in our organizations and companies. In fact, no matter what you do, what you build, what you make, or what you sell, there is a "serving person" behind it, backing it up, or delivering the real value of your product or service.
The sooner we accept this simple truth of service, the sooner we can begin focusing on the right work, the things that matter most. The late great Peter Drucker says it best: "Concentrate first on doing the right things, then on doing the things right. There is nothing so wasteful as doing the wrong things well." Most companies today, waste too much time, energy and money on things that don't matter to their customers at all!
